• 1130-1150 - Case study / Aviation Tenerife disaster video
• 1145-12:15 - Simulation and debriefing
• 12:15-1300 - Lunch
• 1300-1400 - Simulation and debriefing
• 1400-1430 - Situational Awareness And Obsatcles To Teamwork lecture 2
• 1430-1445 - Break
• 1445-1515 - Target Fixation Video
• 1515-1615 - Simulation and debriefing
• 1615-1630 - Evaluation day one

Day 2

• 0830-0915 - Review CRM (Crew Resource Management ) / teamwork / communication techniques / ”pinch” two challenge rule
• 0915-1015 - Simulation / debriefing: assertiveness / situational awareness / two challenge rule
• 1015-1030 - Break
• 1030-1130 - Simulation / debriefing – trapping and mitigating error, communication
• 1130-1200 - Simulation teamwork assessment
• 1200-1230 - Safety Attitude Questionnaire-Teamwork and Safety Climate and Knowledge Post Test
